September 2026 WON All-Member Meeting • Hollywood, FL

That’s a wrap on the WON 2026 All Member Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, and we went ALL IN.

This one was special, as it marked WON President Jamie Straza’s final All Member Meeting leading our organization. She closed it out the way she has led all along, with a candid Leadership Chat alongside Skye Anderson and Danielle Marasco. It set the tone for the entire day. Thank you, Jamie, for everything, and thank you to Danielle and Skye for your insights and conversation.

Earlier in the week, a group of WON members also had the chance to sit down for dinner with Skye. Conversations like that, women leaders learning from women leaders, are exactly why this network exists.

Thank you to Luis Quintiliano, and to our members who brought it in sessions on going ALL IN on Hospitality, ALL IN on Profit, and the WON Business updates. Keynote speaker Brent Gleeson reminded us that going all in is a daily decision, not a one-time one.

Together, we raised over $26K for RMHC of Southwest Florida and RMHC of South Florida. Congratulations to Adrienne Pesek from QSRsoft for winning our bag raffle!

May 2026 Cocktail Reception at WWC • Las Vegas, NV

What a wonderful evening as we welcomed over 350 WON Members and guests to the WON Cocktail Reception at Worldwide Convention!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success. A special thank you to Lynann Young for organizing this event, and the amazing volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to ensuring the evening ran smoothly.

January 2026 Miraval Retreat • Tucson, AZ

The 2026 WON Miraval retreat was a meaningful opportunity for WON Members and guests, Supplier Partners, and Corporate Partners to spend time together, recharge, and gear up for an exciting year. With nearly 90 attendees (the largest turnout in WON history), the event was a tremendous success, made possible by the incredible energy of all our attendees and the generous support of our sponsors, Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper.

We were grateful to welcome guest speaker, therapist and life coach, Michelle Fraley, whose insights added great value to the experience. Many attendees also connected over Pickleball, Mahjong, and conversations around Korean skincare with Owner/Operator Patty Yoon, see below.
