We are the McDonald’s Women Owners Network

Our organization is strong! WON represents approximately 600 women owners out of 2,000 total US franchisees, which translates to nearly 4,000 restaurants out of over 12,500 in the United States. The organization is also comprised of McDonald’s corporate partners, vendors and supplier partners who believe in the power of women business leaders.

80% of McDonald’s women owners come from the Next Generation and Spousal Candidate Program. We outpace the System in cash flow and sales volume by leading and running great restaurants.
